ClienTax – a fast growing Northern Virginia based tax and accounting firm – is seeking one (1) full-time and two (2) part-time Tax Accountants to join our team.

Ideal rockstars will possess a strong passion for numbers, an upbeat and positive attitude, a deep seeded attention to detail, an inquisitive nature with a desire and skill to learn quickly, excellent time management and organizational skills, strong communication skills, and an ability work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Three or more (3+) years of experience in personal and business tax preparation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Taxation and EA designation or CPA Certification. Master’s Degree in Accounting/Taxation a plus
• Proficient knowledge of Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, 1041
• Experience with Lacerte Tax or similar software (required)
• Ability to perform independent tax research, as warranted
• Experience with Quick Books Desktop & Online (required)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
